How do I apply to become a SIC Retailer?

1. Create a customer account here

2. Once logged in find this link in your my account page:

When filling out the application please supply the following:

A Copy of your sales and use certificate
A Copy of your business license

3. Once you have been approved you will receive an email confirmation welcoming you as a SIC retailer.

When logged in you will see the status of an approved retailer in your account.
